Rollform Machine is a machine that allows the metal in sheet form to be shaped with roll-shaped moulds to obtain the desired shape. This machine is used for the production of closed and open profiles and shapes the metal sheet step by step in the forming process. It is among the mass production machines whose profile length is not limited as in press brake machines.

General Specifications

• The operator controls his/her instructions via an industrial 19″ touch screen computer mounted inside the panel. The machines can be easily accessed from outside with network and/or internet connection.
• The processes such as giving the profile shape to the flat sheet, cutting the length of the profile, drilling service – rivet holes, unloading the profile ridge, profile narrowing etc. are carried out inside the driver’s compartment and hydraulic stations with the computer controlled system.
• Production is fully automated. The operator can stop and restart the machine at any time of production. Also, the production speed of the machine can be adjusted during operation.
• Galvanised Steel is automatically fed to the Panel Machine through the roll decoiler.
• The machines are very easy to transport and the factory installation time is very short.
• Our quality management system and all other systems, profiles and installation works are registered in terms of compliance with the standards.

Manufacturing Software

After the design in the design program, the production file is created. When the production file is loaded into the machine, all parts are produced fully automatically.

The production software is Windows-based and user-friendly. Machined profiles (blue), profiles in process (red), profiles to be machined (gray) are shown as real-time graphs with intelligent color coding.

From the user settings; station operation times, license installation and language settings can be changed.

From the system settings; station positions, printer settings, adding and removing new stations, temperature and pressure values display settings, station usage number monitoring and resetting can be done.

In the production section, the production speed can be adjusted, automatic and manual production of all processes can be adjusted, the amount of steel consumed, the number of rivets to be used, production time – remaining time, temperature and pressure values during production can be displayed.

Length and station calibrations can be made in the calibration settings.

Production reports, error reports and station utilization reports can be obtained from the reporting section.

With the simulation mode, a simulation can be performed without actual production, where you can see all the operations that can be performed on the profile and the results.
